Banks Power Ford E4OD Transmission Transcommand
For E4OD and 4R100 automatics. Produces smooth, firm, light-throttle shifts and solid, decisive heavy-load shifts. Eliminates excessive clutch slippage. TransCommand is an automatic-transmission-management computer that delivers functions that no single module can. The E4ODs and 4R100s - used in full-sized Ford trucks and vans since 1989 - have soft, car-like shift characteristics. Many truck owners prefer firmer shifts, especially when hauling large loads. TransCommand is the quick, efficient cure. The electronic module senses the load and commands the transmission to raise the hydraulic pressure accordingly. Light-throttle shifts are smooth and firm, while full-throttle or heavy-load driving produces solid, decisive shifts. Excessive clutch slippage is eliminated, extending transmission life. Built with high-temp, solid-state components. Easy to install. (Required with Sidewinder turbo, Stinger and PowerPack systems for Ford 6.9/7.3 and Power Strokes equipped with E4OD/4R100 automatic transmissions)

Carriers

FunctionWerks ships via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes from different carriers.

Process Time and Cut-off Time

Orders take 24hrs to process and transit times vary. Shipping cut-off for FunctionWerks is 4:00pm EST. Freight shipping will require an appointment for pick-up which might take a few days extra.

Fees

International orders are subject to higher shipping fees then notified on the site and we reserve the right to add to it. Any modifications to an address after the order is placed may subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for a single smaller package is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is not limited to $60. For International shipping please send us an email(sales@functionwerks.com) with your full address and items to purchase.

Freight Shipping(Please read carefully)

Any orders shipped Via Truck Freight which requires you to be available at the time of receipt. There is a possibility the trucking company will try to schedule a delivery time with you. At the time of delivery, the driver will hand you the delivery receipt also referred to as the bill of lading, you will use this to notate any damages to the shipment. It is important that you fully inspect the shipment from all sides and notate any dents, punctures or rips in the outside packaging on the delivery receipt. Once you've inspected your shipment from the outside, you will need to open it and check the product in its entirety for damages and notate them if any. If there is no damage sign for the package and enjoy! In the rare case, you do find that your order arrived with damages, it is important you follow these steps. 

- Do not refuse the product 

- Document the damages in as much detail as possible on the Bill of Lading 

- Take numerous photos from all angles (including packaging) 

- Keep the product and contact the shipping company to start the damage claim 

- Contact us either by phone or email for the next steps. In the situation where the delivery driver is unable to wait for you to open and inspect your product, simply document "driver was unable to wait for inspection." 

All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing and initiating a damage claim. If the damage is not notated before signing for the item it is assumed to be in good condition. This will forfeit the ability for a shipping claim and you will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 14 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To receive your return instructions and RMA# please contact us through our returns form! Once you receive your return instructions please ship out the item at your earliest convenience and provide the tracking number to your customer service rep. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Before shipping your product back please make sure you package it up exactly how you received it and in all of its original packaging. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a refund/credit will be issued accordingly. All returns are subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee depending on manufacture. Any returns received without an RMA# will be charged a restocking fee and any shipping fees associated with the return.
