Energy Suspension(R) performance bump stops help cushion a collapsing suspension, preventing bottoming-out and expensive vehicle damage. Hyper-Flex(TM) performance polyurethane bump stops for control arms, traction bars, leaf springs, etc. are guaranteed to last longer and operate more efficiently than original rubber stops. The smaller, general purpose bullet shaped snubber is ideal for control arms. The low profile button head is for use when clearance is limited. Our large competition race style bump stops smooth out compression better and have a large reinforced metal plate welded to the mounting plate and molded-in. Each style is specially designed for a perfect and custom fit and each style has it's own durometer, hardness, characteristics. Energy's wide selection of bump stops are available in red or black color.

Process Time and Cut-off Time
Orders take 24hrs to process and transit times vary. Shipping cut-off for FunctionWerks is 4:00pm EST. Freight shipping will require an appointment for pick-up which might take a few days extra.

Fees
International orders are subject to higher shipping fees then notified on the site and we reserve the right to add to it. Any modifications to an address after the order is placed may subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for a single smaller package is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is not limited to $60. Freight Shipping (Please read carefully)
Although the site may show free shipping, depending on the item or company, they may charge an additional freight charge that will have to be paid prior to order being fulfilled. We will contact you in regards if needed. Any orders shipped Via Truck Freight which requires you to be available at the time of receipt. There is a possibility the trucking company will try to schedule a delivery time with you. At the time of delivery, the driver will hand you the delivery receipt also referred to as the bill of lading, you will use this to notate any damages to the shipment. It is important that you fully inspect the shipment from all sides and notate any dents, punctures or rips in the outside packaging on the delivery receipt. Once you've inspected your shipment from the outside, you will need to open it and check the product in its entirety for damages and notate them if any. If there is no damage sign for the package and enjoy! In the rare case, you do find that your order arrived with damages, it is important you follow these steps.

- Do not refuse the product

- Document the damages in as much detail as possible on the Bill of Lading

- Take numerous photos from all angles (including packaging)

- Keep the product and contact the shipping company to start the damage claim

- Contact us either by phone or email for the next steps. In the situation where the delivery driver is unable to wait for you to open and inspect your product, simply document "driver was unable to wait for inspection."

All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing and initiating a damage claim. If the damage is not notated before signing for the item it is assumed to be in good condition. This will forfeit the ability for a shipping claim and you will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
